2. What we process and why

a) Website: essentially only functional cookies. b) Contact: name, email and message to answer your request. c) Purchase and license: payment and buyer data are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record. d) Local software processing: recording, editing and AI captioning run entirely locally on your device. Your recordings are not uploaded and we do not access them.

3. Recipients and processors

Polar Software, Inc. (USA) as payment provider and Merchant of Record; hosting provider serving the website; Cloudflare R2 (updates.dropsite.hu) for installer delivery.

4. Transfers to the USA

Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU US Data Privacy Framework certification or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Contact data is kept until the request is resolved. Accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period; the primary handler of these records is Polar.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send requests to hello@dropsite.hu; we respond within 30 days.

7. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.
