Rackast, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Role of the Merchant of Record

Rackast Pro subscriptions are sold by Polar as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled at the payment level by Polar.

2. Consumer right of withdrawal (14 days) and the digital content exception

Digital content exception: Rackast is digital software not supplied on a tangible medium. Under Article 29(1)(m) of Government Decree 45/2014 the withdrawal right cannot be exercised where performance began with your express prior consent, you acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right, and Polar sent a confirmation. If these conditions are not met, the withdrawal right remains.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal or at support@polar.sh. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Polar refund practice

Polar evaluates refunds consistent with law and card network rules, and may proactively refund at its own discretion up to 60 days after purchase. Your chargeback rights with your card issuer remain unaffected.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@polar.sh with your order ID, or use the Polar customer portal. If the withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it with a clear written statement sent to support@polar.sh, no specific form is required.
